Amy Gorin, MS, RDN is a nationally recognized registered dietitian nutritionist, media RD, and writer in the New York City area. Before becoming a dietitian, she held nutrition and health editor positions at Health, Prevention, Weight Watchers Magazine, WeightWatchers.com, Parents, and American Baby. Amy pens a weekly nutrition-focused blog, The Eat List, for WeightWatchers.com—and her nutrition- and health-focused writing has appeared in dozens of national and international publications, including Parade, Dr. Oz the Good Life, FoxNews.com, FoodNetwork.com, Women’s Health, Shape.com, WomansDay.com, RedbookMag.com, ReadersDigest.com, Runner’s World, and more. Amy was honored as one of 10 dietitians as a 2018 and 2017 Unilever Agent of Change. She was also recognized as a 2016 RD of the Day by Today’s Dietitian.

Amy serves as a nutrition consultant to brands and commodity boards that she loves—helping to create and share effective nutrition communications through print, broadcast, and social media, as well as recipes and more.
