Amy Gorin, MS, RDN

Amy Gorin, MS, RDN is the CEO of Master the Media and an instructor in the free media bootcamp, free working with brands masterclass, and the Coaching Program.

She’s a nationally recognized, award-winning registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), media personality, spokesperson, media coach, and writer in Stamford, CT. She runs two businesses, Master the Media and Plant Based with Amy

Amy is a regular contributor to the media and is one of the most-quoted media dietitians in the country. She’s completed and written more than 2,000 combined media interviews and freelance articles for top-tier media outlets. 

She used her media know-how to earn $262,000 from media dietitian work in her 2nd year as an RDN, and she’s passionate about helping fellow health professionals see this same financial success.

As a top-tier media RDN, Amy has been interviewed by hundreds of media outlets—including The Washington Post, U.S. News & World Report, New York Post, Self, Shape, Prevention, Women’s Health, and Everyday Health.

Additionally, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Art Studies from the University of Florida, as well as a Master of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University. 

Amy lives with her husband, Lawrence, and her two cats, Garfield and Nermal (who have their very own Instagram account!).
