Katy Widrick, CPT

Katy Widrick, CPT is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and an Emmy-nominated executive producer.

She’s also the owner of Make Media Over, a consulting and managed services company for bloggers, online influencers, and small business owners. 

She also serves as executive producer for Growing Bolder, a national multimedia company with projects on television and radio, in publishing, and across all digital platforms.
